Rabbit kidneys languish at low temperature in their own juice with butter and a mixture of Georgian spices using the su-vid technology. We get chicken beetle from chicken wings and paws pre-rolled in powdered milk and fried in the oven. We fill the prepared products with water and slowly evaporate with the addition of fresh herbs, vegetables and mushrooms. Before serving, fry the finely chopped carrots, onion and celery root. Next, add the stewed rabbit kidneys, then fry until golden brown and add the chicken soup along with the broth and spread on mashed potatoes. Garnish with chopped parsley and basil.
