A Hawaiian dish, consisting of diced chilled tuna fillet with the addition of edami beans, chuka and nori seaweed, cucumbers, juicy tomatoes and rice. Dressed with a spicy nut sauce based on peanuts, sesame and egg powder. Garnished with cilantro and sesame.
