A Hawaiian dish, it is diced chilled salmon fillet with the addition of edami beans, chuka and nori seaweed, cucumbers, juicy tomatoes and rice. Seasoned with a spicy nut sauce based on peanuts, sesame and egg powder. Garnished with cilantro and sesame.
