Pike meat cutlets with the addition of loaf, cream, fried onions, salt and pepper. Served with crumpled potatoes with butter and dill, and a sauce of sour cream, mayonnaise and pickled cucumber. They are decorated with fresh green peas, spinach leaves and dill.
