The famous "Pozharsky" cutlets became a legend already under A. S. Pushkin, who, in fact, glorified this delicious dish in his works. The peculiarity of the "Pozharsky" cutlets is that they are not prepared from minced chicken, but from finely chopped selected poultry meat, generously crumbling in a special bread breading and frying them in butter of the highest quality. Katusha, of course, adheres to traditions and is prepared according to a native Russian recipe, adding as an accompaniment a delicate creamy mushroom sauce and baked fragrant potatoes with herbs.
