Barrel-pickled cucumbers - a traditional ancient recipe for the preparation of crispy cucumbers for the winter. Pickled cucumbers are also called barrel, because in Russia used to salt cucumbers in oak barrels with the addition of herbs and spices. Observing the ancient traditions, we offer to try real salted cucumbers in aromatic oil, accompanied with fresh herbs.
