Roast beef ribs over high heat until golden brown and simmer in the oven. When giving, the ribs are rubbed with adzhika and additionally baked to reveal the taste of spices. It is served with creamy spicy sauce and baked tomatoes on coals. Sprinkle with parsley on top.
