Tuna tartare – marinated, baked Ramiro peppers stuffed with fresh Japanese tuna, tender avocado, fresh tomatoes, aromatic shallots, and chives, dressed with olive oil and homemade mayonnaise. The peppers are served in a piquant Vitello Tonato sauce with hints of Tabasco and Worcestershire and garnished with cilantro and a drizzle of olive oil.
