Imereti cheese is melted, rolled out and rubbed with mint adjika, rolled into a roll and divided into 3 parts. It is poured with "Matsoni" sauce with mint, green adzhika and cilantro. It is decorated with walnut, green oil, olive soil and fresh mint.
