Three rolls of fried eggplant filled with minced lamb fried with onions, tomato paste, paprika, garlic, basil and cilantro. The rolls are served in a tomato sauce made from mashed tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, basil and spices. The dish is completed with Strachatella cheese and garnished with watercress.
