Minced duck breast, rice, Svan salt, onions, water and salt, wrapped in lightly salted grape leaves and languished in its own juice. It is served with a garlic sauce based on matzoni with garlic and dill, with caramelized apples on top. It is decorated with green oil and dill sprigs.
