The meat is grilled with spicy oil. It is served with grilled vegetables (cauliflower, chili peppers, cherry tomatoes), mashed sweet potatoes and Peruvian sauce. Peruvian sauce is a mixture of two sauces of ahi panka pepper and ahi amarillo pepper.
