Ingredients
Veal cheeks stewed with vegetables and garnished with mashed potatoes. Marinade for veal cheeks: tomato paste, dry red wine, vegetable oil, pink tomatoes, onions, carrots, rosemary, thyme, garlic and salt. Cheeks are poured with honey-mustard sauce based on: mustard, honey, Dijon mustard and olive oil. Garnished with green peas and watercress.
