Pork knuckle, cooked according to a unique recipe, is marinated in beer with the addition of celery, garlic, Svan salt and Abkhazian spices. Then it languishes in a vacuum, and before serving it is coated with red adzhika and fried until golden brown.
This fragrant dish is served with pickled pepper and cabbage in Gurian style, as well as with Satsebeli sauce.
