Guinea fowl are the closest relatives of ordinary domestic chickens. But their meat is richer in protein composition, contains less fat and water. It is very tasty and nutritious, it has little cholesterol. It tastes a little like turkey, but is darker and not so dry. Guinea fowl meat contains a lot of useful minerals and various vitamins.
