A hit of traditional Uzbek cuisine is the hearty and fresh Yangiyul salad. The salad is based on fresh greenhouse cucumbers, ripe pink tomatoes, sweet paprika, capsicum and a bouquet of aromatic greens, seasoned with refined olive oil. A generous amount of cooked beef finishes the salad.
