Juicy lulya kebab is made from minced lamb with the addition of onions, fat, and spices. It is served with satsibeli sauce on a thin Armenian lavash with a side dish of white cabbage, fresh cucumber, carrots, red and green onions, seasoned with wine vinegar and unrefined oil.
