According to one of the most common versions, Italian coal miners began to cook carbonara - "carbonaio". They spent several months in the mountains, so they took non-perishable food with them: dried pork, hard cheese, spaghetti, olive oil. Fresh eggs were taken from farms nearby - and in such Spartan conditions, on a fire, they made pasta. Pizza with such a filling appeared relatively recently. It is not known for certain who first guessed to replace spaghetti with a pizza base - but it turned out very tasty. According to our recipe, pizza (33 cm in diameter) is prepared with the addition of two types of cheese: Mozzarella and Parmesan, bacon, cream and egg yolk.
