Lunch, consisting of three courses:
1. Salad: Herring under a fur coat with decoration in the form of a ground chicken egg.
2. Soup: Cream of salmon soup garnished with a quenelle of tomato salsa. Served with wheat croutons.3. Hot dish: Fish cutlets made from red and white fish. Served with mashed potatoes and fresh cucumber slices.
