The dish is prepared on the basis of boiled pasta with the addition of porcini mushrooms, garlic and black pepper, previously fried in olive oil. The sauce is prepared on the basis of exquisite truffle paste with the addition of cream, protein and Parmesan cheese. When serving, the pasta is topped with grated Parmesan cheese. Pasta itself at the guest's choice: penne, fusilli, spaghetti, fettuccine, mafaldin. The default is mafaldin pasta.
