Traditional Uzbek cuisine - hearty and fresh Yangiyul salad. The salad is based on fresh greenhouse cucumbers, ripe pink tomatoes, sweet paprika, capsicum and a bouquet of aromatic greens, seasoned with refined olive oil and soy sauce. A generous amount of roasted beef finishes the salad.
