Tomatoes are cut into slices, slices of Vega chicken (a natural vegetarian product of completely vegetable origin with chicken flavor) are laid out on top, poured with vitelo tomato sauce. Decorated with dried tomato tapenade, capers. roasted almonds and thyme. Served with focaccia.
