The salad is prepared on the basis of boiled chicken breast, cut into strips, in combination with crispy daikon and sauerkraut with the addition of fresh herbs. The dish is dressed with a mayonnaise-based sauce with the addition of spicy mustard, sweet honey, shereuli spices and Svan salt.
