Tender Baltic herring fillet is wrapped in layers of finely grated beets, carrots, potatoes and boiled egg. The salad is dressed with mayonnaise with the addition of beetroot juice. Grated egg is sprinkled on top. The salad is decorated with dill inflorescences.
