A special way of cutting beef is the classic carpaccio. Thin slices of beef are seasoned with a combination of truffle oil, balsamic vinegar, spicy Worcestershire sauce, garlic and spices. Served with fresh arugula, the thinnest slices of Parmesan and Italian Grissini sticks.
