Ingredients
Pork shank is marinated in beer with the addition of celery, garlic, Svan salt and Abkhaz spices. Then it languishes in a vacuum, before being irradiated with red adzhika and fried to a crust. Served with marinated pepper and cabbage in Guria with Satsibeli sauce.
