Pork ribs are marinated in nitrite salt and pepper. Then cooked in sous vide for 24 hours. Glazed with BBQ sauce before serving and baked in the oven. Served with Cole Slow salad of finely chopped red and white cabbage and carrots with yogurt dressing.
