The pork knuckle is marinated in beer with the addition of celery, garlic, Svan salt and Abkhaz spices. Then it is simmered in a vacuum, coated with red adjika before serving and fried until crisp. Served with pickled peppers and Gurian cabbage with Satsebeli sauce.
