Soak the tender sponge cake in blueberry-coconut syrup, layer with cream Anglaise and blueberry jam. When serving, sprinkle with waffle crumbs. Serve with Anglaise sauce, condensed milk and blueberry jam. Decorate with fresh blueberries.
