Fresh spinach is ground with cilantro, ground walnuts and green adzhika. Cabbage with the addition of beetroot, spinach, is ground with coriander, ground walnuts, Abkhazian spices and green adjika. They are formed into meatballs, decorated with pomegranate seeds.
