Ingredients
Lamb tongues are boiled with onions, carrots, celery stalks, salt and pepper. Then they are marinated in a mixture of spices (Svan salt, cane sugar, pepper) and fried on the grill along with vegetables: eggplant, paprika, tomatoes, chili peppers. Served with Chilichurri sauce (vegetable oil, garlic, basil, salt, wine vinegar, thyme, chili pepper).
