Turkey fillet is fried in breadcrumbs: panko crackers, egg, cream, flour. Next, napoli sauce, mozzarella is laid out on the turkey and baked. Serve with a salad of: dill, cilantro, parsley, pomegranate seeds in olive oil, narsharab and lemon juice. Garnished with ground olives and narsharab sauce.
