Salad with crispy eggplant is one of the most favorite dishes of our guests. Eggplants are deep fried, combined with pink tomatoes and cream cheese. The salad is seasoned with a mix of sesame and sunflower seeds, sesame oil, which enhances and reveals the bright aroma of fresh mint, coriander and red basil with the addition of sweet chili sauce.
