Pork salami with black truffle. You either love her or hate her. There is no half opinion with her. The taste is sweet, slightly islandy, aromatic and enveloping. There is nothing more to add ... if only quality bread and wine. All our artisanal salami are made by hand, naturally with gloves.
Ingredients: pork, curing mixture (edible salt, nitrite salt), black truffle, isot, natural shell - beef belly, noble mold.
