We beat off the chicken breast. Roll in flour, egg, breading (crackers, parmesan, smoked suluguni, red sweet ground paprika), add rosemary and thyme. Fry in a pan, pour the chirbuli and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese on top. We bake in a combi steamer. Served with a salad of chopped parsley, dill, pomegranate seeds. Salad is dressed with olive oil and fresh lemon, salt. The dish is poured with narsharab sauce.
