Tender pieces of beef tenderloin are marinated with salt, black pepper and coriander seeds. Grilled on skewers with pieces of fat tail. Served on aromatic spicy bread with sprigs of coriander, crushed red pepper and rings of juicy red onion and a piquant homemade tomato-based "satsebeli" sauce.
