Kutab is made from thinly rolled dough, filled with hot smoked salmon, smelt fillet, finely chopped chicken egg with the addition of onions, aromatic Abkhazian spices, Svan salt and a sauce based on matsoni and bright tarragon. The dish is served with sour cream and garlic sauce and garnished with red caviar.
