Boil white cabbage, fry mushrooms (champignons, porcini, oyster mushrooms) in vegetable oil, then chop everything finely, add Svan salt - form cutlets, roll in Panko breadcrumbs and fry. Serve with boiled couscous and vegetables - onions, carrots, red paprika, zucchini, garlic, fried in vegetable oil. Decorate with parsley and dill. Serve with lean sour cream.
