Filling: boiled rice, red beans, potatoes, shereuli, green onions, dill, parsley - everything is finely chopped. Then it is wrapped in cabbage leaves, previously scalded in boiling water. Place the cabbage rolls in a pan, cover with frying (onions, tomatoes are fried in vegetable oil) and simmer in their own juice. Serve with lean sour cream.
