A new interpretation of the traditional Russian dish. Salad of boiled vegetables, pickled cucumbers, sauerkraut, tender peas and savory capers. And the dish is completed with mayonnaise and salty sprat. It is decorated with quail egg with red caviar, watercress and red onion.
