An airy and light dessert. The base of the dessert is a sphere of dark chocolate. It is layered with chocolate cream (dark chocolate, cream, vegetable cream, cocoa butter), chocolate crumble (almond flour, wheat flour, cane sugar, cocoa powder, butter, salt), raspberry filling and the final layer - coconut cream. The dessert is sprinkled with coconut flakes on top. The dessert is complemented by a chocolate truffle (dark chocolate, cream, butter, coffee, hazelnuts in caramel).
