Bone marrow is cooked in sous vide, veal cheeks, tomatoes, baked potatoes, bell peppers, onions with garlic, cilantro and adjika are added. Tender pieces of meat, soaked in vegetable juice and spices, literally melt in your mouth. Served with a flatbread made from flour, water, sugar, cow's milk, chicken egg, margarine, yeast and vegetable oil.
