The eggplant is crushed in corn starch, fried in boiling oil, fresh tomatoes, herbs, sunflower seeds are added. Brewed with Sweet Chili Sauce and unrefined sesame oil. Garnished with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and cream cheese.
