Fried onions in Napoli sauce (tomatoes in their own juice, basil, carrots, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, celery) with the addition of walnuts, coriander, sugar and corn flour. 2 poached chicken eggs are laid on top. It is decorated with Svan salt, coriander, fresh basil and parsley.
