Hot roll with cream cheese and cucumber. Spicy shrimp is placed on top in a spicy sauce. It is baked under a cap of Maasdam cheese. Drizzle with Unagi sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Served with pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce.
