Ingredients
Orzo pasta (risoni) is a variety of Italian pasta made from durum wheat, which in appearance resembles cereal grains. Pike perch fillet is marinated in a sauce made from rice mirin, miso paste, cane sugar and liquid smoke, then the fish is baked. Serve with orzo pasta risotto. The paste is mixed with cream and Parmesan, and tarragon pesto (olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, pine nuts, tarragon) is added, which gives the “risotto” a green color.
