Duck marinated in Hoisin sauce, cooked by the sous-vide method, combined with arugula, spinach, tomatoes, orange and fried baby potatoes. It is seasoned with olive oil and decorated with berry sauce (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, sugar).
The salad is served warm.
