Warm pie based on shortcrust pastry (wheat flour, cornstarch, butter, baking powder, granulated sugar) with blueberry filling (blueberries, water, sugar, cornstarch). It is laid out in a mold and baked. Sour cream is laid out on a plate, then a pie. Garnished with coconut sorbet, fresh blueberries, thyme.
