Chicken breast fillet is marinated in coconut milk with sesame oil and ginger, then cooked using the sous vide technique. A mix of lettuce leaves in lemon dressing gives the salad a fresh flavor, and funchose adds a Thai note. The main accent is the citrus sauce based on orange and lemon juices with the addition of lemongrass, galangal and fish sauce.
