Airy khachapuri stuffed with catfish fillet marinated with tarragon, lemon and white wine (catfish is a river fish with a sweetish taste) and a mix of fresh herbs: cilantro, parsley, dill, tarragon, spinach, green onions. Topped with suluguni cheese and homemade Imeretian cheese.
